I am insanely picky with who I trust my pets with. They're my family, and I expect my vet / vet staff to treat them as such. The holt road hospital treats my pets, and myself like a part of their family. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone who expects the very best. I could never thank them enough for their constant care and their willingness to help squeeze me in during an emergency or unexpected needed visit. From nail trims, to scary illnesses, they've been there every step of the way, and there's never been a single visit where I haven't fully trusted their expert opinions and their treatment. Thank you to all of them, but a very special thank you to the folks who have been there for many years, because you've been there through it all.

Almost double price under new ownership compared with the former owner for annual shots for cats and dogs for the same service :(

The staff here r nice and they seem to realy care for their patients. I have been to many vets but this one I will stay with. They give u straight forward answers and don't try to sale u a bunch of stuff your pet don't need. I highly recommend Holt road pet hospital.

Today I learned this place is under new ownership... Unfortunately the great value this place offered the community has nearly doubled in price.

Last year both dogs got their shots for $130, today I was told it would cost ~$110/dog (at first it was $80 but changed). I asked if that price included flee pills, nope that was additional.... All of this after trying to call them and being placed on hold for nearly 15 minutes, I finally just hung up as I pulled into the parking lot.

So for me, I'm going to have to start looking for another vet.

I've been taking my dogs here for two years and I've never had any bad experiences. One of my dogs is very anxious and they're always very accommodating with him and understanding. I also had to put my beagle down this year and they were so supportive. I appreciated their compassion at such a difficult time. Their prices are great, I never have to wait long to get an appointment, and the staff is amazing.
