I wish I could give them a NO STAR!!!! I went to see them in January. I needed a referral to go to a Specialist. The "Manager" (dentist husband) said "you" (meaning me) needs to fill out referral to insurance company. I thought that does not sound right. Why would I write my own referral? Then we would all be seeing Specialists for whatever we want! I call insurance company and they obviously say no! The referral comes from them. So the insurance company called the dental office while I was on the phone and then comes back on the line and states "He is faxing today." You will receive the referral in the mail. Nothing comes. We do this several times! The"manager" has been told by my insurance company multiple times what he needs to do so I can go to get the dental work done. We are now in March. The insurance company has finally said they will send me to a specialist without the paperwork. But because they do not have history I have to start all over. Thanks for the respect of my time! I do work full time! Anyone that's ever needed to see a Specialist (Oral Surgeon) knows that the necessity is usually an immediate need. This dentist and her husband "manager" could care less. If the "manager" husband does not have the ability to do paperwork then why is he there and I would be concerned on her ability as a dentist as well. The UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR IS OUTRAGEOUS!
