Rude! Called to schedule an appointment, phone rang for over a minute so I hung up. Called again a few minutes later, a woman answered without a greeting and snapped into the phone that all the staff were out to lunch and wouldn’t be back until 1:15, then she hung up on me. Okay.. well I’ll just go somewhere else then. Completely unprofessional and unbelievably hard to reach.

The worst place you could go, I thought I would give it a try... and damn do I wish I didn't! everyone here is disrespectful! NO ONE cares about your health they just want their pay check!!
I have my ultrasound coming up this Friday, after that I'm going to start looking for a new doctor that cares about the health of my baby and I

Some of the nicest people I have met. They really care about you as a person and they help take care of what you need done.

if I could it would be no stars at all !! This place is terrible . I went through this office for my pregnancy everything was good in the beginning the one thing that kind of threw me off was that they did a 3D ultrasound at 8 weeks pregnant . I'm sorry but I did NOT want a 3D image of my little alien there were no type of features yet but I brushed it off cause I was just too excited . As I got to my 3rd trimester I asked them if I was going to get an ultrasound done just to make sure everything was still ok , but yet they denied saying ,"We only do that if we think there's a problem" ok well I was getting pains above my belly button and they said it was heartburn ... HEARTBURN above my belly button !!! I started getting very bad back pains to the point where I couldn't even move and consistent pains above my belly button but still no check . As I came upon the 36th week of my pregnancy I asked if they were going to check if I was dilating because they are suppose to do that each week in the last 4 weeks and they said they wouldn't till the 39th week . I don't know about you but I'm pretty sure you'd want to know if you were dilated and if the baby could come soon not till the pregnancy is basically over and the baby could've already came . Well I demanded they did anyways and the doctor was definitely frustrated but said she would come back and she did . Well the next few weeks they kept checking and no dilation but assured me my sons head was facing down . I get to my 40th week and met the last doctor and she REALLY checked if I was dilated cause I sure didn't feel that type of pressure the first few times and then she tells me something doesn't feel right . So she gets the ultrasound machine and sure enough my son was breeched . She said that if they would've caught that in the prior weeks they could've done something about it . Now as I mentioned before I was getting horrific pains in my stomach and insisted that I wanted it to be checked now here I was full term with nothing to be done except accept the fate of a c-section that could've been prevented but wasn't due to the laziness of this doctors office .

Well my son is 10 months now and I had gotten the nexplanon arm implant from this office . Well you think I would've learned from my pregnancy about the service if I should have a problem . My period was 2 weeks on 2 weeks off up until I ended on march 1st and didn't get another till June 2nd well from June 2nd till now I have been bleeding everyday with no letting up . I had gone to this office to see what could be done . One of the nurse practitioners said she was going to put in a prescription for ibuprofen to help the case of my bleeding . IBUPROFEN FOR EXCESSIVE BLEEDING !!! Where did you get your licenses ?!? Ibuprofen is a blood thinner which would guarantee MORE bleeding . And on top of that she said if it continues till next month she will put another prescription , and if it still continues to another 3 months THEN they will do an ultrasound . So it has to be 6 months of bleeding before I'm even checked to see if there might be something wrong . I recommend to NEVER go to this office they are so unprofessional and do NOT care about their patients at all .

I do not recommend any woman to go to this office this office is very rude the staff are unprofessional they take your money they lie I'm at the point of Filing a lawsuit. The doctor that worked with my wife actually cost her harm my wife was crying when she left the doctors office. Every time we went to the doctors office they asked for a co-pay we had five so that we do not have a co-pay per Kaiser they got very rude and nasty and said you need to pay us or you don't see a doctor instead of calling Kaiser with my wife to verify if there's a co-pay. My wife went in for ultrasound and the co-pay was $10 and we did verify with that with the insurance but instead the office staff got nasty and demanded that we paid the full amount of delivery upfront of $175 as the contract states that the payment must be paid by the delivery of the baby. Again I strongly recommend that you find a Nother doctor and not deal with this office. They know they're wrong they refused to give the money back and now it's a battle. The doctor explain to my wife that their staff treats her patients with respect and that's when I asked the doctor is that why my wife was crying and you were arguing with her in the lobby. As we told the doctor that we are no longer going to be using her services I would like a full refund of the delivery charge the doctor grab the folder walked out and slammed the door. I went up to the office staff asked for a refund they got very rude these of the call the police if I don't leave the office.
