I had my appointment a few weeks ago. I was on time to my appointment but waited an hour to be seen. When I was finally seen (15 min appointment). When finished, I scheduled a second appointment for additional treatment. I asked one of the ladies if she could help me pick glasses. She asked, "you are going to pick out glasses?" She had a guy help me but he was busy. I waited for 30 additional minutes and when I asked to see the glasses in the display, he seemed bothered and I felt rushed. I finally picked out my glasses and it took longer than promised 7-10 business days. They are under new ownership and this place needs better coordination. It seems like nobody cares about anything in there. Everybody is too busy on their own things rather than being professional and taking care of patient's needs.

The Dr. here is great but the front desk employees are not. Every time I call I'm on hold for 45 mins. or more. I feel in any business that should be unacceptable.

One more negative review to add. I have been waiting 3 weeks for my glasses. Every time i go in to check they tell me tomorrow. I definitely would not recommend them. I wished I would have read some of these reviews before I made my purchase.

I just read all the reviews and I was supprised. I have not had a bad experience yet and I have been coming here for at least 6 years. I have had my eye exams and gotten my glasses with no problems. I been pretty happy coming here. Hopefully it will continue, I have to go back to see the doctor this May of 2016 and hopefully my eye exam and ordering my glasses this appoint will as good as before. :)

I have to admit that I was really surprised with the customer service that I received when taking my two daughters to the vision appointment this afternoon. From the moment I signed in it was a positive experience and the wait was less than an hour. I was satisfied with the attention that the doctor gave my two little ones and she was very helpful in explaining their vision problems. I would definitely recommend this eye DR as one of the best ones in the valley. ☺
