Receptionist was rude to everyone that came in and couldn't answer anyone's questions without saying I don't work in that department but the Therapist was very nice.

I went in on December 2,2016
The staff was nice but like everyone is saying Dr Robert Petrie is unethical as a doctor after speaking with me for only a short time he gave me some bogus test then said he would release me with limited abilities. When I disagreed with him he became upset and finalized his release to return with full capacity then when I spoke to his Director Kim who's in on it too she told me he determined in les then ten minutes of conversation that the injury was preexisting. I filled a report with California MD board but the staff told me his name was Robert Petne that is how they wrote it.

So I went here to get a physical and drug test for a new job and at first everything was alright. I couldn't pee enough for the drug test at first so they went ahead and did the physical which was fine. I told one of the ladies that I had major hospital anxiety and she was very nice about it. Actually, at first, everyone was nice. So I tried again to do the drug test, and but this time I was trying to calm a panic attack, because it was taking longer than expected and I just wanted to get out of there. So, I let it get too cold the second time around because I wanted to make sure it was enough to get the test done. So I had to wait again. By this time, I knew I had a small attack coming on and I asked a nurse if there was a bathroom besides the drug test one, and she said outside, so I was about to go but then she told me if I left the room I'd technically be refusing to take the test, which is understandable. So I just sat down on one of the chairs in front of the desk and started crying. I was very overwhelmed and trying my best not to have a full blown panic attack. Sidenote: I do take meds for anxiety, but I was out at this time. Anyways, I was sitting there crying and literally no one said anything to me. No one asked me of I was okay, nothing. So finally, I managed to pee enough to take the test. By this time though, the staff had begun being very short with me. The nurse who was very nice to me in the beginning started to kind of ignore me when I would ask her something. So another problem arose and it was that I had started drinking beet juice earlier in the month, so my pee was kind of pink because of that. So when I came out, the nurse did not want to accept it. I told her about the beet juice, she did not believe me. I'm very sure that these women thought I had somehow faked it. At least, that's how they made me feel. They didn't even show me my results. They just kind of shooed me out. I wanted to ask, but I felt like asking would reinforce the thought that I had somehow faked it. The whole experience just reminded me why I hate going to get anything medical done.
I'm giving it two stars because the doctor that did the actual physical was incredibly sweet. I had no problems with her.

Complete Garbage. I've been in and out of here for four months. After completing physical therapy I asked for an MRI. The "Doctor" got upset with me and threatened to release me back to work! The MRI results showed a bulging disc and stenosis. Now I have to come here to get paperwork for my disability insurance and they're charging $15 per document. Beware of the doctors office that prescribes endless pain medication and infinite physical therapy. Especially when they own the therapy place in the same building.

On my initial visit Dr Petrie spent 5 minutes with me, said very little and only focused in my back injury. He completely ignored my hip pain and left the room. A nurse came in about 10 minutes later with my modified duty work release. Dr had not talked to Me about anything, ignored my hip injury and the fact that I could not sit or stand up straight and when I asked for the Dr to return to talk to me the nures came back with another modified order. Again I asked for the Dr to come talk to me and he refused. My second visit was just as bad. He rolled his eyes at me and tightened his lips when I told him about my hip again. It was a fight just to get a cane for support when he told me I needed to walk. Both times I was not given any home care instructions and I was just sent to work. I have since requested a transfer to another care facility. The nursing staff are wonderful woman and I was greatful to have them.
