Visit was pleasant and efficient. Had a physical, blood drawn, and flu shot completed today. Was in and out in less than 1 hour. Staff and doctor were very nice.

I generally have a great experience at this facility which usually cost for a five-star but unfortunately I had a one-star experience yesterday which caused this review.

I was in yesterday morning around 9:30 to get some Labs redrawn that my doctor ordered. I'm not sure of the phlebotomist name but she definitely was rude, and improper with drawing my blood. She seemed to be having a bad day and rushed through the process. As she put the tourniquet on my arm, grabbed the alcohol swab swiped very hard back and forth and suddenly jabbed the needle into my arm which resulted in a pretty bad bruise. This whole process lasted about 45 seconds to a minute. I asked her if she was having a good day because of the frown on her face and horrible bed side manners. But most importantly what bothered me was her improper and rushed technique with cleaning the surface area, sticking the needle and horrible outcome.
1.She didn't use proper technique with cleaning the surface.
2.didn't allow the alcohol to dry
3.she rushed sticking the needle and bruised me up pretty bad.
We all have bad days but in patient care, there is too much room for error and I don't believe her mannerisms represent Kaiser in the best way.
