Ok, the PA was good. However, this is called an urgent care but they bill you as if you are a new patient in an office. I'm from out of town, an ER rn and I didn't want to tie up an ER visit for something and urgent care could address. I called my insurance to verify copayment, I had the office staff at the time call my insurance at that time, when they tried to tell me the visit cost would go to deductible. That should have been my clue that they are not a true urgent care. Over a year later, countless calls to the billing staff and my insurance and I was stuck with $160 visit that should have been $40. They refused to code it correctly.

Absolutely wonderful facility. Not only quick, but the doctor is fantastic and one of the most kind individuals! Where is the 10 star button?

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Kerrigan for over three years and could not be more please with the attention and professionalism we always receive from the Doctor and his staff.
I would highly recommend this group to anyone seeking medical attention here in the desert.

My husband is a 100% service connected disabled Vietnam Vet. This was our second visit. The first experience was fine. But this time the PA had no bedside manner, and told my husband he did not look sick so she would not prescribe any medication. They took his vitals but after the aide forgot to give them to her, she said she did not need to see them anyway. She refused any input about his prior condition, or present ongoing illnesses which include diabetes and diverticulitis. After she refused my husband treatment for a condition they had treated him for previously, I asked to speak with her, she refused to talk to me (i am his primary care giver) and ordered us to leave, saying very rudely I'm not answering any questions "get out of here now". She also refused to give us her name. We certainly did not drive down there and wait for all that time to be refused treatment because he looked too healthy???
