Just visited the location. I had a 9:30 am appointment on 9/24. Receptionist would not let me in, she just waved her hands saying “no” and “bye.” Yet Their were three other people inside. I wanted to state that I had an appointment but she would not even acknowledge me. Furthermore, she avoided making eye contact with me and pretended that I was not standing at the entrance of the building.

Tanya, Reyna and Dr Doyle were top notch! My visit was one of my best "urgent care" experiences yet.

I have used this Urgent Care center twice. Both times, I received stellar service from the staff and the doctor I saw. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I never waited more than five minutes in the examination room for the doctor to arrive. Such a great facility

This is the best urgent care I had ever visited. The nurse was caring and willing to contact my insurance to make sure everything was covered before I was checked (since I'm from out of state). The Dr. was kind and knowledgeable. Plus the place was extremely clean. Overall, I had a great experience & they helped me with everything I needed.

This is the only Urgent Care in the desert I prefer to go to. The staff is very attentive, patient, and friendly. I've had to go quite a few times this past year and Lupe, whom I've seen the past 2 times, was very knowledgeable in diagnosis and truly cared about my well-being. Speedy service as well, as far as an urgent Care is concerned.
