I ordered 2 pizzas. We waited 40 min, so we decided to call. We than talked with the manager and her name was Bretzen, I believe that is how you spell her name. She was very rude and kept cutting us off. We asked for a discount which we did get. Afterwards, we waited another 20 min. So we called once again, and spoke with Ysidro. Him on the other hand was really polite and understanding. He really knows how to customer service.

This is the worst Dominos pizza store on the planet. What they do with their delivery pizzas is pile many pizzas on the delivery person, so he makes many, many, many stops before he gets to my house. I'm five minutes away TOPS from the store and it takes they 30 minutes to leave the store and get to my location. So of course the pizza is going to be ice cold and sure enough it it. When I call they "apologize" saying they are "short staffed" - not my problem I paid full price for a hot pizza, work it out, or simply tell me you can't deliver a hot pizza and I'll come over an pick it up. Please Dominos close this store or hire more people, but this place is the worst.

I love Dominos pizza. Its so good. They have a great selection of food now. I also love their pasta and breadsticks.
