Worst experience evee. I order on the phone 3 pepperoni pizzas. Guy told me it would take 20-25 min. I got there on 20min waited in line anothee 25 min. Only to find out they didnt have my order. So mad. Ooo and the manager is so rude. Dont recommend if you dont want to wait an hour standing

NO "HOT AND READY's AVAILABLE".... The wait for the "Extra Most Bestest", and "Classic pizzas" was an Hour wait!!!! INSANE. especially when they answer the phone asking if you would like to try their Extra Most Bestest 😂.... Those 2 type of pizzas are typically "on deck" at other shops. Better off hitting Coachella or PD. No way was I going to wait for a WHOLE HOUR, For: 1 pizza??!!!!!! (FOR PICKUP). Actually, the 2nd day in a row I actually drove down there to just pick up a "Hot and Ready". The day prior, it was so packed, no1 could enter the door. Along with a 30 MINUTE WAIT!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR GAS COMING HERE!!!!

I am VERY disappointed. First of all, there was a 30 minute wait today. We only got 2 pizzas. Second off, once we got home and opened our pizzas, they weren't even cut into pizza slices and half of the cheese was off of the pizza. The pizza was room temperature, not even hot! Do not recommend.

Horrible customer service!
I called in an order, asking for two pepporoni and one supreme. Went in to pick them up, the guy up in front asked if it was one pepporoni and one supreme I told him no I ordered 2 pepperoni and one supreme. The guy goes to get me the pizzas and charges me for two pepperoni and one supreme. When I get home turns out he gave me three pepporoni. I go back in to complain and the guy tries to say he gave me the right order when he obviously did not. The manager comes up front finally they agree to give me the supreme and to wait 5 minutes. Over 10 or more minutes later they finally give me the supreme. Never did they apologize. Not a hard job to make sure you're giving the right order. I'll never go back in there again. Worst manager and employees ever!!!
