Terrible service. Went in today for lunch, only a few tables in the bar and restaurant. We got our drinks, no problem (Freckled lemonade was delicious). All the other tables who sat before and after us received their food before us. After 35 mins into waiting for our order, we asked our server (Jennifer) where our food was and she lied saying the kitchen was backed up and didn't know why our food was taking so long. (Which really is code for she forgot to place the order). 15 minutes after that conversation she brings us complimentary fries and apologies, saying manager will be right over. Manager never shows face and still charged for half our order. Finally get our food an hour later as a take out. Visiting from Canada, very disappointed in the service because I heard good things about the restaurant before dining. However, burgers and mac n cheese were very good.

Frequent Red Robin's quite often buy had the best served this evening, our server Neomi was the BEST very attentive to our needs. As always the food was excellent, my wife had the fish&chips and I had small salad and cheeseburger w/fries.

Tables all around us were dirty from previous guests. They stayed that way for almost an hour, the entire time we were eating. They would only clean the table if someone asked them to. Seriously. There were no less than 5 tables with half eaten burgers and fries and drinks on them. What the heck? Who does That? It was like eating in a cafeteria in a school. Really, really, really sloppy. Food was good as expected. Service was ok, but on the slow side considering there were more dirty tables than customers. I can't say I won't return, but it's hard to believe that management would allow that level of grossness to stay for that long of a time. We were very surprised.

This company has gone so far down hill the food used to be good and portion sizes were good for the money. Service is bad food taste dull not fresh even the salad had no great flavor. Not to mention the portion sizes have gotten smaller and prices have been raised by up to 2. Dollars an item.
I will not be eating there again. Unless I have to meat someone. Then if that happens I will probably only have a drink

We always come here and today I'm very disappointed. I order fish and chips the fish was stringy, it did not look good had hard pieces, then I asked them to sing to my daughter for her birthday and the waitress seemed like she didn't care they totally forgot never came to sing to her. My daughter was sad.
