We were excited to obtain a rental car from Enterprise because they have the best prices and they also have unlimited mileage with that being said we only use Enterprise when we have to rent a vehicle going out of town or for business reason. At Harvey auto repair LLC we only use on a prize and we back vouch for them 110%

Had a long wait to get the car but in was ok because the store manager went out of his way to help me. He absolutely didn't have too. They have nice and friendly staff. And even a guy who looks like a young Barack Obama. Thank you guys.

Repeatedly called prior to Ubering to their location to confirm that the car we reserved was ready and waiting for us and every time the same answer: "Absolutely". Arrived at the the location, completed the paperwork, and PAID for the the rental. Only then did they admit that no only was the car model we wanted not available, NO CARS WERE AVAILABLE AT ALL! By dumb luck (after a 30+ minute wait) a supposed upgrade Lincoln MK7 was returned. We accepted this ridiculously uncomfortable piece of #@$ because it was 3:00 pm local time and we had an 11 hour drive home to complete (losing an hour crossing back into EST). I thought buying a used car was a nearly unbearable exercise of being subjected to an almost constant barrage of oral diarrhea, but apparently it applies to renting one as well. Never again, Enterprise, never again!

My experience with Enterprise was good as usual because I have been renting cars from Enterprise for the past 8 years. The State Street location is convenient for me because it is near my residence and work and the major Interstates I-55 and I-20. It was easy to book online and the cars are clean and new and equipped all the modern technology. My only complaint is the time it takes to get in and out. It can take up to an hour to complete your transaction and pick up your rental.
