My husband is in room 6476 I reported to the nurse that urine was on the floor she said she would call maintenance. After 20 minutes I saw maintenance on the floor cleaning up a empty room and asked if she mind coming and mopping up the urine that was already in our room. Her response was when I finish the room I am in. The room she was cleaning was empty and I couldn't believe it was priority over the fact that we had to go into a room that wasn't even clean at all. I asked for the supervisor on duty and he or she hasn't responded.

The whole staff here is wonderful. Dr. Buford is fantastic and the nursing staff is top notch. Lots of confidence in their hospital.

My 32 year old son was taken to ER 7/15/17 around 12:30 a.m., they didn't get out of the ER until 6:00 a.m.! He had pain in his abdomen that brought him to his knees, and for that to happen to him, something serious is going on! He's a veteran, and a strong man! The ER was found to to be horribly filthy. Unsatisfactory conditions! The nurse removed his IV and sat the the bloody needle on the bed, and then tossed it in the trash! The employees were over heard using profanity in front of patients! This hospital is a disgrace!

I made a call to the ER, to check on a family member that had been transferred from another Hospital and was put on hold for 15 mins.
After calling back, the same person picked up and stated that information couldn't be given out over the phone. Ok, understandable...but why have a person on the phone a long length of time, holding on without any response? Unprofessional.
