I went through the drive thru a little after nine on 10/23. The service was great. Even though I didn't get what I ordered. The chicken was dry and almost burnt. I ordered the 9 piece dark for 8.99 and got 2 pieces dark which was all I was able to eat. Tried call at 9.45 and got no answer. Worst franchise in Jackson.

Always have to wait for spicy...15 minutes; then they forget about bc you had to pull around and wait.

The food was good and the customer service was fair. The macaroni and cheese was great, tastes like somebody's grandma cooked it.

Love their honey biscuits! Their chicken is good and juicy and easy to eat in a hurry or great to take home for a good sit down meal with the family.

I went to buy lunch for my mother and myself around 11 today. The young lady was nice who took my order at the drive thru window. I paid for our food and I took my mother her food and I went home . This Church's normally have good hot chicken but today the only thing that was good was the biscuit. I had a spicy wing and mild chicken leg which both were old. I don't be on the side of town alot but when I do come out this way I stop there to eat but after today I won't be coming back. I am 30 minutes away and was upset when I got home and had to give my dog the chicken.
