Almost 2 hrs to get food....why the hell did we wait that long? Food was good...but service stunk....no apologies whatsoever.

I'm 6 foot 220 lbs and footling green hair. I'm easy to notice in a restaurant with 10 guest and 8 waiters. Walked into the store and the Hostess looked surprised. She asked if she could help me like I was looking for information in a restaurant. I asked to be seated for just one. After she sat me down I waited 10 minutes to no one even asked me what I wanted to drink or check on me. I left and walked by the manager who was counting cash at the register and no one said anything else to me. Customer service is not about customers at some places.

My husband and I are here once. We walked in and got seated right away at a table in the back. We waited almost 30 mins (restaurant was very slow) for our server to come to our table. In the meantime several other servers and even the manager walked by without stopping by to check on us. We finally were able to order our drinks. We got coffee (breakfast time) and it was brought to us with no spoon...had to wait an extra 5 mins for a spoon. Server came back to take our order. She had to look over my shoulder at the menu because she had no idea what I was ordering. Our food came out fast but when the server came to our table she held the tray full of food in front of us and said "Here grab your plates"...which took me by surprise and actually made me mad. Waited for silverware for another 5 mins. Service was absolutely terrible. Did not leave a tip and won't be back.

By being on the road a lot I've been to a lot of Denny's joints but this one is so far the best. Staff is attentive and polite. Clean and don't stink like cigarette smoke. Yes I'm against people smoking in a diner. The cooks do a real good job on making the dishes. I'm not disappointed. A+
