Service is the pits! It takes forever to order your food let alone get it. Definitely not customer service friendly!

No one is exaggerating in these reviews. I travel all over the United States and this place is not only the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, but the worst restaurant establishment period. 30 minutes to get two quarter pounders and fries. Burgers got cold because when they started to put the order in the bag they realized someone forgot to drop fries, and customers all had to stand and wait for fries while the rest of everyone's orders got cold. Cashier was, rude, lazy, and incompetent. Absolute worst service ever. 👎👎👎👎👎

Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes for 3 Breakfast Burritos. A simple order that should have been easy and quick. The cashier comes to the window to tell me it will be another 5 to 10 minutes until my order is ready. Had to just leave to keep from running late for work. The service here has been terrible every single time I visit. Orders are never right or the wait time is crazy for simple orders.

Waited 30min for our food and they are "out" of ketchup....really? My wife went to the counter to ask for something and every thug that works here blatantly ignored her. What a joke. I travel for a living and this is the absolute worst Mcd's I've been to. Go get a burnt hotdog from next door, you'll be much better off. What a joke. These thug employees need to appreciate that they have a job. The owner ought to be ashamed by all of these negative reviews that are on here. Every one of them is accurate...
