I will never eat at oec again the man behind the counter was a jerk and he got smart with me i wont recomend oec to no one i would rate it as a zero but there is not a space for it by for ever

Flowood location has excellent food. I give the food 5 stars.
One star on customer service. The guy that answers the phone for call in orders is bit of an ass while making my order. Several times I have called and before I finish my order he'll say "10-15 minutes. Bye."

Want good cheap Japanese take out - good place to go. Want a caring cashier that will say 'hi', 'by', 'how are you'? - go somewhere else :-) Typical class of cultures...go for the food, not the staff interaction.

Terrible service calling in the order. I came to pick up a chicken yakimesi and was only given 2 small cups of pink sauce. I asked for some more and the cashier (male) told me there was already some in my bag (ONLY 2)! I told him I needed more and he blew his breath and went to the back and came out with one cup. Never go to this one. OEC needs someone who at least speaks English at the counter/on the phone also.
