No issues at this location. Everyone was friendly. Didn't try McDonald's.
You may get lucky, and get to see the trash bandits in the back of the lot.

The truck stop is fine. Generally very effecient good customer service and generally has good prices. The McDonald's is a 70/30 crapshoot. But for the most part they're usually alright in their service also.

This place needs better security. There are pan handlers harassing the truck drivers for money. They knock on drivers trucks while they are getting their much needed rest. It's not a safe place for drivers to stay.

As a truck driver, I want to say I appreciate the courtesy, and dedication to their jobs at the Pilot in Jackson, MS. All 3 shifts are on the ball to get the customers taken care of. The showers are always rotated as fast as possible, and they always look to the customer's needs.
