Went to the drive-thru... I get to the window and pay, immediately asked to pull forward. My chicken was the hold up. There was nowhere to "pull forward to" because the car in front of me got the same treatment. She asked me to circle around the building to the other side and my food would be brought out. Sat for 10-15 minutes. Got out, went inside, no one had even starting putting my order together. The "manager" asked could she help me, I told her I just wanted my to-do order. She immediately boxed it up and handed it to me (so essentially there was no need to "pull around" to begin with). To put a cherry on top for this trip, the "manager" then asked what sauce I would like. I told her, she asked how many. I said, "two please"... She brought me one. At that point, I just wanted to get out of there. How can a fast food joint and the people who work there be so incompetent. It isn't rocket-science. It's simply because the people don't care. Horrible experience. Won't go back. I will just go the safe bet with Raising Cane's chicken on Lakeland.

Yall need some help. 4/6 chicken fingers were cold and it was two people eating it. bad attitude employees and yall need to learn how to say hello. You didnt even laugh at my dad jokes. i tell u what i wish i couldent even give yall a star, yall deserve to get no stars. -1/10000 would not eat again. p.s stale buiscuits
