Don't call and ask a question about a neighbor's chicken houses because they will take it as a complaint even though you specifically told them it is NOT a complaint and then swear you did call in a complaint. Good luck finding someone in charge in the office when you have a problem with one of their people and good luck if you find someone who does not talk down to you like they are doing you a favor just simply being there.
NEVER call them for anything unless you want to be taken down the merry road of state bureaucracy and arrogance and your questions taken as formal complaints for their dictatorial overbearing agency.
