Had permanent Caps put in. They have from day one either come out or lose. Also had cavities filled...which I also have had problems with....Then go in for another two caps that I've the same problem one out completely the other :. I had been told Not to bother the lose cap come in on your Appt date..Made my appt. This new dentist who did not even introduce hsel f
