My family and I ate here while on a weekend trip in Jackson. The biscuits and gravy were delicious and the coffee was really good as well. The staff were friendly and provided very good service. The prices were also very reasonable.

Good food at a fair price. If you haven't had desert at the Baker's Rack you are really missing a "treat". Breakfast is Great!!!!!

I only get 30 minutes for lunch. And it's the perfect alternative to convience store chicken & burgers. I love the email of the week's specials. It's in my inbox first thing Monday morning. And I keep a regular menu on my desk. I just call ahead and give my order & pick up time. And most of the time it's ready when I get there. But my lunch is at peak lunch hours so sometimes I have to wait a few minutes. But never long. The staff is super friendly. They get to know you on a first name basis quick if you're a regular. You will see a wide range of people. From those (like me) who are dirty from work to those in business suits. And no one is 'out of place'. And the food is AWESOME!!! My only complaint is lack of parking. It usually takes longer to park than it does to pick up my order.

In my opinion I get excellent service whenever I eat there. I love the breakfast, lunch specials, & desserts are delicious. I'm always happy & the atmosphere is relaxing. One of my favorite sweets is the Chocolate Chess pie I buys it slice or whole.
