We eat there almost every time we go to Jackson to shop. The staff are friendly and always helpful. We eat on their buffet because the food is always hot and fresh and plentiful (if they run out of something all you have to do is ask and they will get it for you right away). I have to wonder when all KFC's use the same recipe and equipment why some always have tasty, juicy chicken and others (the one in Paris, TN) always seem to have dry, overcooked chicken? Just wondering.
