Cashier ignores you. Orders are sloppy and incorrect. Drink station filthy. Watched them drop someone's sandwich on the floor, pick it up, box it, and serve it out the drive through window. An employee was standing outside of the children's play place staring through the window with his pants sagging around his knees while grabbing his crotch. Do not recommend ANYONE eat here... EVER!

The food was cold. The fries weren't fresh. The soft drinks had something resembling coffee grounds in them. We had three separate orders but were only allowed to place two. They lost our business. Sorry. My grandchildren deserve fresh food.

The dining area was dirty. The tables needed to be wiped. The floor needed to be swept badly. The tables in the kids play area were all dirty. The drink area... there was ketchup in the drink disposal area. Blobs and blobs and more blobs of ketchup. It was gross! We waited 4-5 mins before someone came to the register to take our order. Horrible!

Came from Memphis to pick my neice up from Lane. Stopped to use the rest room and get a quick snack before heading back to Memphis. As we were walking to the door two young ladies with a baby was ahead of us. After they entered the manager locked the door. We were standing outside the door and was not acknowledged. I took a picture of the door sign stating the lobby closes at midnight. It was 11:41p.m. We tapped on the door, staff was walking around, about four kids were playing in the playroom, a customer was sitting down eating, and the people who went in before us were laughing and talking to the manager. We tapped again and was told to go to drive thru. We did, we made a comment to the young lady who gave us our food. The managers name is Theresa. She is very unprofessional, lazy and rude.

Very clean. Food was hot and we got it within a minute or two after we ordered it. This place has the game stations where you can sit and play while you eat. Altogether it was a very nice experience.
