The burgers here are awesome! I had a double cheese burger all the way and added a fried egg and bacon. The meat was cooked perfectly and the bun was very good as well. I would also recommend getting your friend urban style. The garlic aioli and parmesan balanced each other very well. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Jacksonville.

Very trendy, industrial decor. We went for lunch and I found it to be a bit pricey ($22ish) for tea (x2), a pair of average tasting burgers and ONE side of fries. NO combos or lunch specials. Fairly quick service for the lunchtime crowd. Self service style that is more in line with a burger king. Option to dine indoors or out. I'd imagine that this would have much more appeal for a older 20 something crowd. Friendly staff . If you go for lunch be mindful of parking as this establishment shares parking lot spaces with other area businesses.

What a fun place to bring the family I mean it's edgy for the kids they think it is so cool but the food is absolutely amazing! As soon as we walked into the restaurant we we were greeted and then our order was taken if we had a question they had an answer, after we got our drinks and sat down our food was ready, it was hot, fresh and delicious! Oh I almost forgot after the meal was over somebody came over and asked if we needed refills or anything else I thought that was really thoughtful. FYI we will be back!

I wanted to provide positive feedback on the service and food at BurgerFi located in downtown Jacksonville. The service was excellent (Kimberly always greets me with a smile, and often offers the samples of chocolate yogurt). The Burgers & fries are always good and hot, and I especially like the BurgerFi sauce. I’ve brought others to visit for lunch and it continues to be a regular place for myself and coworkers.
You definitely want more workers like Kimberly and locations like this to promote and provide superior service.
