So I went there this morning for a coffee and decided to get a bagel plain with the brown sugar bacon. I was part of a "pay it forward chain" which I kept going by paying the 3rd person behind me. The staff at the window was very nice, loved him, but the quality of my food is where they lost points with me. Burnt beyond the point of being edible bacon so in essence I got a plain bagel and came home and put peanut butter and jelly on it and drank my coffee.

If there is anything lower than a 1 I would give it. I was waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes, with only three cars in front of me. My order was 4 donuts. Nothing else. When my turn came they were laughing inside, talking, and had me waiting another 4 minutes. I drove off and my order was wrong. I came inside and told them. No apology. No credit offered. Had me waiting another 4 minutes for 2 donuts. The worst service.

Just wanted a hot cup of dunkin coffee. It was lukewarm and old. didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it. Just simply serve hot coffee hot.

The evening shift cant seem to keep any coffee made. I come here every day and no problems in the morning visit but every time i come in the evening they make me wait..telling me 2 mins for a fresh pot
