TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR DAYS YOU DIDNT USE THEIR STUFF. They are thieves and the manager doesn't care about customer service,

AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO FIND HIDDEN FEES TAKEN OUT FROM SECURITY DEPOSITS MANAGER REFUSED TO SEE PICTURES I TOOK TO SHOW I RETURNED MY VAN IN TIME HE TOOK HIS EMPLOYEES WORD FOR IT AND THEN LIED TO ME AND TOLD ME HE WAS THERE WHEN I WAS WHEN THEY WERE CLOSED. No one was there! I have pictures to prove and will NEVER use them again. I should have known my first time into the facility that they were a joke when he jumped down another customers throats and talked to them like they were a child in front of other customers.

Didn't rent a van after finding out that with all their random fees and base rate, one day would cost $70.

Carl's vans are awesome! I have rented vans from this place several times and I have been happy every time. If you're looking for the best deal in Jacksonville give them a call today they're my favorite.
