Company deserves ZERO stars. What you and your employees have done to my mother is absolutely despicable. She is 71, diagnosed bipolar/schizophrenic and lives in an
assisted living facility. We came in late June for an exam because she
was having issues with her teeth. After the exam, we were told by
Tina, she would verify with my mother's insurance if the treatment
plan would be covered. a few days later, I was contacted by Tina, who
told me, everything is covered except for the $100 deep cleaning. We
came in for our second appointment, paid $100 and were then told to
come back in a few weeks for the permanent crowns. My mother told me
the deep cleaning was nothing more than a quick regular cleaning,
which would have been covered by her insurance. 3-5 days before our
3rd appointment to have the permanent crowns put in, I was called by
Tina and informed that we would owe an additional $800+ dollars that
insurance wasn't covering after all. Why wasn't this disclosed on the
initial call when she told me everything but the deep cleaning is
covered? Tina said, “not a problem, we can set up a payment plan” as
if it was standard practice to surprise a patient with an additional
amount due. After speaking to our insurance company we found out they
have paid you for a service that was not provided. This is fraudulent
business and a bait and switch in my opinion. After researching your
business, I can see this is normal practice. I will make sure everyone
who searches for your company knows how I feel and how my mother is
now suffering. Your business practices are unethical and downright
mean. Now, my mother is in severe pain, can barely eat, her
temporaries have fallen out, and all of her insurance is used up. We
are in a worse position than before we visited your office. However,
we no longer have the money from her insurance because you took it
ALL! I hope you are shut down as you should be! A grievance has
already been filed with her insurance company. I have asked them to
remove you as a provider. Do not call us, you had the opportunity to
make it right and did not choose to. Not only do you lose us as
patients, but I sure hope you lose a lot more as the word continues to
get out. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

My initial review would have definitely been a full 5 stars, it was a pleasant visit everyone was very friendly and I was in and out in about 45 minutes, offered blankets for comfort etc. My opinion quickly changes after I called for a follow up appointment, a simple cleaning, I called and was told I would have to pay $200 for a deep cleaning and it wasnt covered by my insurance, which I found out my cleaning would in fact be covered by my insurance when I contacted them, I immediately became suspicious and asked why, and received an answer with an attitude and was explained because of my chart I just would. She proceeded to read back my chart and the work I needed done and it was all wrong, they had added the amounts of cavities I had in my mouth and also didnt even have the right tooth for my crown. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Im pretty sure they are doing insurance fraud and added unnecessary services just to get extra money. PLEASE BE AWARE.

Dr. Sharmilla has 5 star skills. She and her staff are absolutely great..putting you at ease...and very comfortable accommodations.

Dr.Shamilla and her staff are very caring and patient . She is upfront and told me exactly what I needed done. She even worked with me on the cost. I highly recommend her.

I was really nervous about going. Haven't been to a dentist in years. Jonathan (I really think he probably deserves a raise, he is that good!) took me back, made me so comfortable, and took x-rays. Afterwards, Dr Anand, who is so sweet and cool, saw me. I wish I would have gotten the names of the sweet lady who took my impressions and the front office lady because the were the greatest too. Definitely recommend this place!
