The office staff was nice and friendly. Doing all your information on a tablet makes it much easier than filling out 17 sheets of paper with the same information. I saw Dr James Perry and he was very polite and explained my injury where it was easy to understand. He explained all my options and suggested starting with the lease invasive options first. It was a nice change from my previous Dr who wanted to rush me into surgery to cut my neck open.

Would NOT recommend this place unless you are an athlete that is. Especially the JOI facility at Baptist South. You may even get abandoned by your physician if you are an elderly person and break a hip or other body part and need immediate attention.

Great people and atmosphere ! Everyone has a smile and great attitude.But they will charge you for screenings you don't need. Charged me $3800 for some test that could have been avoided

Fast check in process and being taken back to go over my needs. I had X-rays which the personnel nice and efficient. Once I saw the doctor I had time to ask questions and discuss my reason for being there. Everyone was pleasant, positive and did their job. Great experience.
