I have went to them 2 times now when i couldn't find my medicine anywhere and I have to say I will go out of my way if I have to the treatment and friendliness of the people in there and the pharmacist there are so people oriented I feel like im in a room with friends , so appreciated them for being there for me with the treatment they gave me on a very trying day thumbs up you are the best I've seen yet.I dont want to go anywhere else now.

This pharmacy used to be on point! They were the best. I would call the phone number, a computerized program would answer the phone and I would enter my prescription number for refills. After that, I would go in at 8:30, as soon as the doors would open and there my prescription was, ready to ring up an pay. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL!
Well, about 6-8 months ago they got a new Pharmacist named Miguel, they got rid of the automated phone refill system and the whole refill process is TERRIBLE. Miguel is a very nice man and I'm sure it's not his fault but this pharmacy went from the best I have ever dealt with to the worst. I call days in advance to let them know I need my refill on a certain day and when I get there...They tell me they have to order it! This didn't just happen once. It has happened several times.
Today is Friday, I am supposed to get my refill today. So, I called Wednesday and said, please make sure you have enough on hand to fill my script on Friday. Then, I called yesterday, Thursday, and said "I really need my refill and I will be there in the morning to get it". Today is Friday, I called this morning and they said they do have my medicine but they said it will be about an hour or so before I can get it! Then, when I could finally get my medicine, THEY GAVE ME 15 OF 90 PILLS!!! How much more notice can I give? This new system is TERRIBLE. I am changing pharmacies!
