Oh my this place has just been added to our favorite list. Staff was friendly and soooo much food on the plate. Ox tail was what my taste buds needed. Thanks Sunrise Caribbean Gourmet we will be back!

On point every time. Even during the storm, they pulled out the generator and kept it moving.
Jamaican food fans had to appreciate that decision.

I was about to give up on finding a Jamaican resturaunt in Jacksonville. I tried every place suggested and wasn't impressed till I had the food here. I come at least once a month and I haven't been disappointed yet. They have 4 different sizes to fit everyone. I love the vibe!!!! Food is delicious and the music is a bonus!

I ordered a large oxtail dinner with extra meat and jerk chicken wings. Cost me twenty bucks which is about what I expected. The oxtail came with a large bed of rice and beans and a side of cabbage. I don't think I got extra meat it was mostly rice. And the order of jerk wings, I only got four pieces. It was all very good tho, especially the cabbage. *Note: On this particular day, the power lines were being fixed on their block so they were without power serving drive thru only. They were getting steady traffic. Kudos to them for staying open!
