Ok been to every Vet in this City and none of them knew anything about what my dog was suffering from ! They really care about Your DOG !!! This is the very best clinic in all of Jacksonville FL !!! For dermatology and acupuncture they are very best ! Took me 6 years to find a reputable Vet with knowlege and is was closer to my house than I ever thought possible !!! Only wish I could of had my bull terrier puppies here !!! They are AWESOME !!!

Dr Hightman and his staff are extremely knowledgable and competent. A few years ago, my 10 year old Pit Bull had terrible cancer and I freaked out when there were complications after surgery. They handled things professionally and my dog lived almost a full year post op.

Wonderful people, especially at reception!! I go every month for flea meds for my cats!

All of the ladies were the best! Front desk,vet assistant, and the vet. They werent just trying to sell me a lot of stuff like other vets. They spent time educating me on pros and cons of different treatments. These are people i can trust. Most of all my German Shepherd liked them too.

First of all my Big Pappi loves the Doctors and staff because he knows exactly where to go and goes willing, and they send my owners home happy because all of their questions are answered.
Doesn't get any better than that! Also those in the waiting room are always ready to engage in conversation, and their furry family are so exciting to talk too.
