I have been taking my dogs here for over 10 years. THEY ARE THE BEST! The staff is professional and caring. The doctors are amazing. They save lives and they truly care about the animals. It's not just a business, it's a family.

My Cat's name is Snowden because he is a Snowshoe. He wasn't feeling well after getting fleas for the first time in his 9 years of life. I took him to San Juan Animal Hospital for treatment and to day board him while my place was treated for fleas. The Staff here at S.J.A.H. to me is truly wonderful. From the time you walk in even if you don't have an appointment. Snowden's Doctor is a very nice man and helpful as is the staff that helped Snowden feel better and relax. When I picked Snowden up at S.J.A.H. and brought him home. He was looking very good and seemed to have had a spa day. So Snowden and I want to say Thank You to the Staff and Doctor at San Juan Animal Hospital. Yours Truly Eric Johnson

This place charges A LOT for even simple visits. Do not come here unless you're willing to spend a small fortune.

We had World Champion bull terrier puppies. It was$500 more than the next vet for a C section. Go to " Gateway animal hospital" for a better Vet with no wait and a correct diganoses ! They left stitches in the mom dog for 3 months seeing 3 different vets and they keep telling us to come back as it bacterial infection and charged us nearly $750 more + time and gas and not to mention the pain my dog endured! Oh ya I did see 1 technician have a pain pill fall out of his pocket...is the staff junkies ??? My dog barked at that fool ! He said he was at my dogs c section .... What did he do to my dog ???? Shut this place down!!!! They always seemed to be on pain pills from the way they all acted. Clearly we are nice people that's why we didn't sue !! In addition I also had to put down 1 dog because they are dumb about basic dog behavior ! Why ??? They are immature kids working here !!! We are from the Midwest were everything people care more about your pet...kinda sad people are more about money than the quality of work they do here in Jacksonville FL ! :(

I'm a new customer with two dogs that are the loves of my life. The facility itself gives a great first impression. The staff are all fantastic and all seem very happy to be there (very suspicious if you ask me - lol). I have seen two of the doctors and both were fantastic. Both took time to discuss health issues and answer any concerns. One of the dogs is a recently-acquired twelve week old terrier puppy so this is especially important to me. Also having multiple vets means more hours of coverage. As an owner who has (more than once) had emergencies where you want to see a vet right NOW, this benefit is extremely valuable.
