The receptionist is so rude and not compassionate she hung up on me wow that's not what you should do I'm going through a lot with my dog. She should not work there my opinion Go to no more hopeless pets. This is a SAME we have been takeing our dog there for a while they used to be a great place but not no more please read the reviews my dog is not walking i was hung up on really not professional!!

Dr. Shelton, Angela and all of the staff are amazingly caring and knowledgeable. They went over the top to help my 7 year old dog Cody that has a rare, possibly fatal disease. He came home Friday and is on the mend!

TERRIBLE PLACE!!! Read the reviews, there seem to be a lot of people upset about how greedy and unfriendly this place is. We just moved here and we're looking for a vet for our dogs. We called St. Francis in hopes to schedule a check up and shots for both of our dogs. The person we spoke with was very friendly, and worse off, she told us we had to pay a deposit just of $80 just to make schedule something. We've had 6 vets in the last several years due to my job requirements us to relocate a lot. I've never been to an animal hospital in my life that asked for a deposit just to make an appointment. This place is not worth the trouble. Find a more friendly and reasonable vet. This is not the one.

The staff at St. Francis were amazing with my difficult-to-treat cat. The technician & doctor both took the time to make her comfortable while going over all of our options for treatment & management of her condition, rather than pressing another surgery as the first/only option. Everyone wants vet visits to be few & far between for their pets, but St. Francis really made it far less hectic than other places we've tried - definitely worth the drive for us.

Wonderful vets and staff. I have worked at several clinics around Jacksonville that claim to be low cost and charge just as much as a regular priced clinic. Or they are low cost due to the type of medicine they perform. I've worked here for 5 years and have helped more animals in 5 years than I have in my total of 12 years being a technician. I'm happy to say I work for such a wonderful establishment.
