The Jacksonville Dental Care client has been providing me and my wife with exceptional dental care over the past four years. Recently we had dental implants performed; these were done in a highly professional manner. What we truly appreciated were the personal follow-ups by Doctor Jones and his staff that he conducted after every major dental operation. We will continue to use Dr. Jones as our dentist in our future.

Excellent dentist and staff. They are extremely professional and emphasize customer service. Hot towels, TV's, music, or a blanket, they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.

I have been a patient here for over twenty years and have had excellent care. But I recently referred a friend of mine for a consultation and a quote on some major dental work. Dr. Jones never even looked in his mouth and my friend was handed a quote for $31,000 written on a POST-IT! No detail, no discussion about a course of treatment, just the price. I assume they thought he would not be able to pay the bill because he is on disability. The techs have always been wonderful to me but I have left the practice in disgust after this episode, which was extremely embarrassing to me since I made the referral.

Overall a great dental experience. The staff not only will take care of your but, will take care of you as an individual. They provide refreshments, neck pillow and, even a warm blanket if you're feeling chilly.

great staff and dentist. Like a trip to the spa. I even fell asleep getting my teeth cleaned once.
