A lot must have changed at EmergeOrtho since previous reviews. The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful, our wait time was minimal. All of our questions were answered, and I definitely felt as though patient care was a priority.

Jacksonville office is amazing. Been there twice now with my child in the past 2 weeks, and front desk, and nurses are the friendliest, and down to earth people. Doctor however does not have great bedside manner, but we don't see him but 5 minutes at a time. No biggie.

Dr. Bozz is a very professional doctor . The atmosphere is very nice and the staff is great .

Went in to have someone look at my back pinched nerve or slip disc and the receptionist said no othopedic Dr was on hand and probably wouldn't be able to be seen for at least a month! How do you open a place up and tell people you have no Drs for a month​..What a joke
