My wife has visited this place a couple of months ago. It was an awful experience they charged us more than we should have paid (coming from our insurance company). We have called numerous of times and can not get ahold of anyone. We seem to think the billing department only works 30 mins a day. A lady left a voicemail and barely knew how to speak English and had no idea what she was talking about. We will never be coming back here again. I would advise anyone to never come here

BEST CLINICAL STAFF EVER!! APPOINTMENTS ARE USUALLY WITHIN THE HOUR. ITS SO FAST. I NEEDED TO BRING MY DAUGHTER IN FOR A FLU SHOT FOR DAYCARE, I HAD TOTALLY SPACED, AND THEY WERE ABLE TO BRING HER IN, GIVE HER HER SHOT, AND WE WERE GOOD TO GO. DID IT ALL IN 20 MINUTES. I GOT THE PROPER DOCUMENTATION FOR DAYCARE WITHOUT ANY ISSUES. IF I DIDNT HAVE TRICARE PRIME, THEY WOULD BE MY PCP.

Came in today to talk to them about working here and the woman at the front desk told me to sit down and wait in line. I expressed my interest and just leaving my resume and she literally threw it away in front of me.

Turned away a sick 5 year old at 545 because they said they close at 6 when the door says they close at 7. They lost our business today and the sad thing is that they were our primary care. Great business people. Keep it up and we'll see how well you do.

This place is a joke... Worst "quick" clinic around here. There door says there open till 6pm but if you get there any later than 4pm they will tell you they are not seeing anymore patients. My son was seen there yesterday in tears from how much pain he was in from his ear hurting and every nurse and the doctor came in to ask what pharmacy to send it to, only for it to be sent to the wrong pharmacy anyway and my son now has to wait another day to get medicine in him. The supervisor is a joke as well, said she didn't care what happened didn't want to hear what happened as I was trying to figure out how it got sent to the wrong place in the first place... I realize people make mistakes but a simple "we are so sorry" would go a long way instead of being rude and disrespectful.
