I have tried for the past week to get a business insurance quote from this company. I have been told on three separate occasions that they would have a me a quote by the end of the day which never happened. They have also not returned any of my phone calls. I was just trying to get liability insurance for a photography business, so it wasn't anything crazy. Terrible customer service.
