We had to wait a while for the food, but it was worth it. The fries were awesome and my mushroom Swiss burger was so good! Staff is friendly too.

I tried this place based on other people's reviews. Overall it wasn't too bad. The shakes, though, we're not what I would consider "old fashioned". It was pretty watery and lacked the vanilla flavor. I tasted the milk more than anything. Portions we're not as generous for the prices they charge. The place was clean though. I think the chili burger I got could've used a little more flavor as well. My daughter's nuggets seemed like they were bought in a supermarket and just thrown in the deep fryer with no actual flavor. I think a few spices, maybe salt and pepper on the patty, would've made a world of difference.

The food is always fresh and amazing. Staff are very polite and helpful. Did i mention that the food is amazing? Plus they have bison burgers. Delicious!!

I love Jeff's! Their burgers and fries are the bomb! Their shakes are good but I wouldn't say they are a selling point for me. This place is slightly more expensive than fast food chains by a few bucks per meal, but I feel like you get better quality taste than most places in Jacksonville.
