In general I like Little Caesars. However, I was pretty upset when, after waiting about 15 minutes for a simple order (of 1 "hot and ready" cheese pizza and an order of cinnamon bites), what I got was actually GARLIC cinnamon bites. Yuck!

Bought a few pizzas tonight, had to wait for them to be made which took forever but I understand even though it's supposed to be ready to pick up. Got them home and the deep dish was raw dough. Drove all the way back for the "manager" to not care and stare at me like I was stupid and shrug his shoulders like "so?". Was asked if I wanted another one, like I just came back for nothing. Waiting now for the other one to be made. Ridiculous, rude staff, terrible wait times. Never had these problems at any other locations.

The quality of the pizza that is made at this one location is so disappointing. It's walking distance from my place and yet from now on I will get in my car and drive to the one on Richlands HWY where I know the pizza is going to not only taste good but also be appetizing to my eyes.

Just left this lil caesars 20 mins ago. There was a woman (I think she said her name was Nicole) at the counter to collect orders, she also made pizzas and cleaned up a spill while I was there. She's amazing! But there were three other staff members working and they just stood around doing nothing to help her. There were customers waiting. There were no hot and ready pizzas. I waited 40 mins for 4 pizzas and an order of wings. One of the male staff in the back argued with her while she tried to get them to help her. The woman that worked today was awesome, it the staff that were "helping" her needs new jobs pronto! That was a despicable show of teamwork. And work ethic.

Went at 7 pm a couple weeks ago got the cheese stuffed crust it tasted like left over pizza and we got did poisoning from it. The reason I know it was from there is because that's all we were throwing up. I will NEVER return and you shouldn't even be in business.
