Subway gave me a phone coupon and it gave no warming hat it would only be valid for 5 minutes. I walked in right as the timer expired and you could see on the timer that it had expired with in that minute. The two girls at the counter refused to honor the coupon so I left. There was no code that had to be entered and they could have easily made it happen for me as just good customer service.

Seriously the nicest people work here! I absolutely love visiting this subway. Because of their quick service & amazing positive attitude I eat subway much more often than I normally would.

Today I worked next door (and at another restaurant for a period of my shift) from open to close. I hadn't slept at all the night before, due to personal reasons, so needless to say, at 8:30 pm I felt like I could pass out at any moment. That's when an idea struck me. I work next door to the place where I get coffee almost every other night. I couldn't leave to go get one tonight, but perhaps they could bring it to me. So I called, and ordered a coffee on the phone (in the background I heard someone shout "IS THAT THE COFFEE GUY?!"), and surely enough, they agreed to bring it over. But, not only that... They know me, because I show up quite regularly near closing time for my ritual coffee, so the man who delivered my soothing beverage had informed me that they had some broken cookies that they couldn't sell, and offered me some. Now, what is a coffee without a good cookie to dip in it? Not nearly as good! So, naturally, I said I'd take some, and surely enough, they brought some of them over as well. All and all, they turned my night around from "please get me out of this Chinese Hell hole," to "it isn't so bad to work next to this subway with all these cool people working there."
10/10, best subway in Jacksonville.
