My dog had Passed away and they were still charging me for her wellness plan even when we had tried to cancel it and I had gotten calls 2-3 times in one day from different representatives asking how I was going to pay for the rest of the wellness plan when I had already stated I was going to call the day I got paid and kept getting calls then the lady tried to lecture me on why I didn’t notify her that my dog had passed away and that it was my fault for not telling them and that is why I have to pay for the fees I was charged when my pet only was seen once

Would give a zero if I could. They send me home with medication for my dogs that isn't right and doesn't fix the problem. They are giving me the biggest run around to get out of the wellness plans that aren't even helping my dogs. I am very disappointed with the services rendered from this facility. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely horrid. They will try to push you into paying for services and purchasing things that are not necessary. Also, the veterinarian was in and out in two minutes. She spoke mostly to the assistant and never directly answered any questions we asked.

I like my doctors at banfield, but the receptionist ladies suck. Everytime I call I am on hold for 20 minutes or more and when you arrive they make you wait forever before they notice you are there because they are talking to other employees. Honestly I wouldn't give the doctor 5 stars and the receptionists 1 star.

My pup loves coming to Banfield and I couldn't be happier with the puppy wellness plan that she is on! Stormy is always happy when she goes to the vet here and loves all the doctors and nurses!! :D
