Rating 5 stars firstly because they’re literally the only 24 hour animal hospital within an hour of our home. They are pricey but that’s to be expected for being an after hours clinic and hospital. Everything was well explained, my sweet fur baby was treated like a queen, and staff were friendly. They always answer my late night phone calls for advice too.

Sincere care and attention. Thorough documentation including photographs. First function is to ease pain. Impressive. Reasonable price for a midnight visit.

My dog was spayed by another vet on a Wednesday. On the following Sunday I had to leave my house for several hours. When I got home, she had ripped off her cone, ripped open her stitches and had several inches of what I thought were her bloody innards hanging out of her open wound. I was hysterical to say the least. The doctor called me back immediately and said to bring her in. The staff were so nice (even though I had to drag my cranky kids with me). The doctor said that luckily it was just fat that she dug out of herself and said she could just cut it off and sew her back up in surgery. BUT the kicker is that she said since she was only 8 pounds, she wouldn't even charge full price for anesthesia. It was a quick surgery, and she even gave her an extra layer of stitches since she is such a crazy dog. All told, for emergency surgery plus meds on a Sunday I only paid $200. I was blown away. They were wonderful and my dog is all healed now.

Could not have asked for a better Dr. to take care of our cat. After our very easy going cat had an episode we immediately rushed him to the after hours vet. As we waited I was almost tempted to leave because he was back to his old self as we waited in the exam room. Dr Paley took into consideration that it was so unusual for our cat to act out. She didn't push us into any type of tests but strongly guided us as to what she would do if this was her animal. We had X-rays done and it turns out her suspicion was correct about a heart murmur. She blew away my expectations as to what a vet would do for our cat last night. She was amazing and her staff was very attentive to all of us even at 12:30 am. I cannot thank her enough for guiding us in the right direction of treatment for our baby. I would trust her with any of our animals in any emergency.
