Awful service & very rude staff! After reserving a car,several days in advance for our vacation. I went to pick it up with a credit card & they tried to put me in a truck for double the money than I was quoted($840) and with limited miles. You've definitely lost my business.
You need to make some changes Enterprise,you're reputation keeps getting worse & worse!!

Kaitlin was fantastic! Sondra was waiting on me immediately on arrival. I was in and out faster than expected! My whole experience was fantastic. Although a full size car should be bigger. Lol
The only complaint would be that when you reserve online, you get a total for the rental. Once you arrive to pick up the rental, there are fees, insurance options, etc.... For example my online reservation total was $221.00. Before I left the enterprise office, my total was $360.26. More than $130 dollars more than the original online reservation total! Stick er shock!
The employees were great, the location was clean, and it took no time at all to get the car and then return it.

Kendra Thompson at 2800 S. Caraway Rd is a great agent. I appreciate her knowledge of rental agreements and insurance policies available. Kendra was also very friendly and polite and was a pleasure dealing with her.

The staff was great! Handled any/all problems (and people) very professionally. Super busy, somewhat limited inventory, but overall great experience! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I was supposed to walk in and get an exchange for a mechanical issue in the car that I got picked at Dallas airport. Customer service staff over phone says to reach out nearest enterprise and get it exchanged. However, the staff here outrightly denied claiming that they can't retrieve an existing rental agreement since the code starts with RA. I definitely know they should be able to retrieve the details... just that the representative did not want to help me out... Poor service.... now I have to drive to Memphis to get this exchanged.... well they did not even make an attempt to call from their end and check directly with Dallas enterprise team... 😔😌
