Their staff is rude and they can't seem to keep more than 2 experienced people for longer than a couple of months. My daughter has been stabbed in the gums to the point of bleeding everywhere and crying. It hurt her for days because you can't request to see the person who has some experience. The orthodontist fit her for temporary retainers as she needed dental work done assuring me that the permanent retainers would be no additional cost but when the dental work was done and healed that orthodontist was long gone and they charged me for new retainers. The experience was so awful that when my son got braces I looked elsewhere... and managed to save myself about $3500 as well. If you're child needs braces call Fergus! You will be much better off!

We have had more negative experiences with them than positive. Brackets are constantly breaking after visits. We, literally, dislodged a wire from her gums that came off a bracket only to have them fit us in to fix it a week later. They are now threatening to take her braces off because of a "3 strike" system and "strikes" that her parents weren't notified of. Their office staff have been condescending and rude. I can't believe an office would instill a 3 strike rule but fail to notify parents of any such strikes. I'm appalled that an orthodontic office would threaten to take off braces in the middle of an orthodontic plan and potentially undo the work that has already been done. I would not recommend them to any of our friends.

Braces By Burris makes it fun and rewarding for my girls! The staff is friendly and always helpful. I never imagined having both of my girls in braces at the same time, it's a blessing. The smiles are getting bigger in school pictures no more frowns or tight lipped photos. Overall the experience is amazing!
