The Hispanic receptionist at this location is terrible. She was rude, short tempered and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I loved the clinic up until recent visits the Dr.'s are good the front desk help made me not want to ever go back again.

The Mexican receptionist is rude, she didn't acknowledge me or my kids when we arrived because she was too busy shopping for thongs on line, very unprofessional. I had a 9:15 appointment, didn't get seen until 9:45. There was a lady who arrived at 9:30, she said she had a 10am appointment, she was seen before me. When I asked why she was seen before me the rude receptionist said her appointment was actually at 9am. So if her appointment was actually at 9am and she arrived at 9:30, why was she seen before me, she should have waited or rescheduled.

I walked in hope family care clinic sick wanting to see a Dr the receptionist was rude I was in pain, she asked if u had insurance when I said no, she seemed t be more rude asked me for pay stub at the time I only had one pay stub she said she needed two you could see in my eyes I was not feeling good and in pain. I said i only had one and was willing to pay for the visit outa pocket.You know what she told me as I was in pain you can go to your employer and ask them to give you the pay stub . I was in pain and sure did not want to run all over town to satisfy her wanting another pay stub .she was very uncaring to the sickly .If you get a job in a health care inviroment you should have consideration of the sick no matter the situation .

The staff is always friendly and professional. There are long wait periods at times, but they recognize it and are working on making it smoother when you visit. I love that they are intentional about ministering health to those in poverty and that anyone can come to the clinic to get medical care. It stays busy, so sometimes it takes a little bit for them to return your call, but they always do when they do get to it.
