First off if your in a hurry do not go there. You will be there forever. If you have to cash a personal check they take 12%. If you can, your better off getting a bank account. It will take half as long and you'll get to keep all your money. The lady that took care of me was not nice. There are other things that ticked me off but bottom line I will never go there again.

I trusted these people to make a payment for my power bill. Because they had a sign in the window stating that I could make a payment for my power bill at their location. I trusted them with my money. And after 2 days of calling and inquiring with the power company they have still not yet received my payment. From what I had understood according to someone at my power company, I should have been advised immediately, that they are not an authorized payment center. However the representatives that handled my funds, did not advise me of this whatsoever. She simply took my money, charge me the $3 convenience fee, and proceeded to enter my information into the system. I was never advised that they are not an authorized pay center, & I was never advised that it may take 2 to 4 business days for my transaction to process through their system. I will not be using this company for any of my check or bill pay services in the future. In my opinion that is extremely irresponsible. If I could give them less than 1 star I would gladly do so.
