They didn't carry parts for a 2001 nissan frontier and could not replace just the ignition coil. They were willing to replace the whole distributor for $527. Just had to go with used parts and online ordering.

This is the second time I have purchased a new car from Bill Robertson Nissan. The first thing I would tell you about both of my experiences is "Why would you go anywhere else?". The customer service and care you will receive here is beyond compare to any other dealership I have been to, and I've visited and spoken with many over my car buying years. Both times I had the pleasure of working with Jeff Jackson in sales and Jose in finance. Both of these gentleman are courteous and professional. They make you feel that they value your business. Jeff even answered my call after business hours when I reached out to him about buying another car. He has always been available to answer questions or concerns. As a driver of Nissan since they were known as Datsun, I buy Nissan for a reason. Superior engineering, reliability, and the very best driving experience. PURCHASING A VEHICLE IS VERY STRESSFUL - ALL TOGETHER. WITH ALL THE PAPER WORK, AND LOANS, NEEDED TO MAKE A CAR PURCHASE POSSIBLE. HOWEVER, CRAIG ROBERTSON MADE THIS STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE BE ONE TO REMEMBER WITH HAPPINESS. I WAS EXTREMELY NERVOUS, BEING YOUNG AND UNEXPERIENCED WITH THE PROCESS NEEDED TO MAKE A BIG PURCHASE. CRAIG ROBERTSON WENT OUT HIS WAY TO MAKE SURE I HAD THE BEST DEAL POSSIBLE. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A GENERAL MANAGER WHO MAKES TIME OUT OF HIS BUSY SCHEDULE TO MAKE SURE A CUSTOMER, WHO HAD ALREADY SIGNED A DEAL, WAS SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASE AND SERVICE GIVEN. SPEAKING WITH HIM, AND SEEING HOW MUCH HE ACTUALLY CARED OF HOW I FELT ABOUT THE WAY HIS SALES DEPARTMENT HAD TREATED ME THROUGHOUT MY VEHICLE PURCHASE DEMONSTRATES THAT HE CARES DEEPLY FOR HIS CUSTOMERS AND NOT JUST THE SALE. It was my first time buying a new car and Bill Roberson's Nissan was definitely the best place I could have ever chosen. They helped me to get better credit options and the car that was more appropriate to my needs. Amazing customer service, great cars, great environment. They also speak Spanish and are always willing to give detailed explanation to any question.
