i Needed an emergency Root Canal and called first thing Monday morning and Lori was so helpful, she got me in that afternoon. Dr Schutte and his staff treated me like family. i was not a patient before, but i will be now. Cindi at the front desk was very professional and explained all the paper work. Without having insurance Lori was able to help me with an affordable plan, not only did they help with my tooth pain, but helped with my financial pain. Thanks to all at Wine Country Family Dental.

Wine Country Family Dental delivers nothing but the best of care! I appreciate their thorough treatment and genuine concern for their patient's experience and well-being. Dr Schutte is undoubtedly a talented and well educated dentist with a calming presence. His staff are some of the kindest people I've ever met. From the time of arrival, I'm greeted at the front desk by Lori's sweet charm, then to the back, where Lydia the hygienist and Emma a dental assistant provide exceptional patient care and treatment. Not to mention, both Lydia and Emma radiate compassion and zeal for serving people. I will continue to recommend this office to my family and friends.

Lydia is always very friendly and adaptive to her patients and I always enjoy coming in to have her take care of my teeth! Dr. Schutte is also awesome at his work. He took my wisdom teeth out and it was nothin' but a thang! Monica at the front desk is pleasant and professional and is very knowledgeable about billing options. My favorite thing about this place is everyone is super nice and helpful! There's no other dental office in Tri-Cities I would recommend. They really do their best to keep your mouth healthy and happy without breaking the bank!

Best, friendliest, most professional staff ever! Lorri, Monica, and Cindy always make my visits very enjoyable. These girls are on it, they care about you and will make sure you never miss an appointment( literally). They are very flexible around your schedule and will try to get you in when is convenient for you. The Doctor is cool too:) He jumps in, does his thing real quick and BAAM, fresh smile every time! (Not really, it's a work in progress for me, but one day it will be FRESH) If you hate your dentist visit, all i can say, you're doing it wrong!

Great atmosphere everyone is always polite. Lorri is so helpful and Cindy has great patient service skills. Dr. Schutte is an amazing dentist he's very informative and his attention to detail is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend wine country dental
