I had a very bad services.. they changed their name to velocity tax, and it looks like they change the name often...WHY???? What do they have to hide.. Do you research before you go any where.. just ask around more than often it will be a bad experience, but if you want to give them a try... whats the worse it can happen?? IRS audit?.. nothing against them, but they need a better understanding of Taxes.. i didnt request insurance, so i don't have anything bad or good about the service.it can be good

Me hiceron un mal servicio..Me dijeron q podia poner amis sobrinos q estan en Mexico y recivir dinero,..pero el IRS se hiso una auditoria y me acusaron de fraude..yo le dije a la persona q me atendio q ellos no estaban aqui!! tengo mucho dinero q pagar, y mejor me voy a mexico.......se approvechan q uno no hable ingles.. El todo poderoso se encargara de los culpables

I called the pasco office and asked them for a quotr over the phone and rep said if i could go to the office . Bummer
